Ambrose Lions Fall to Broncos in Hard Battle

Calgary, AB- The Lions hosted the Olds College Broncos this evening. Both teams were hungry for the win. 

The Olds team had lots of contributions from all of their players with three of their starters scoring more than 10 points. #10Mackenzie Hooson had a great night with 22 points and 8 rebounds, along with 8 assists!  #5 Amelia Furst had a great night as well with a double double with 14 points and 10 assists. #9  Alli Taylor also had a double double with 15 rebounds and 12 points. 

The Lions also had a great game with 4 of their players scoring over 10 points. #9 Nya Gach had a great game with a double double of 18 points and 16 rebounds. #14 Paige Goertzen also had a double double with 15 point and 10 rebounds. 

The players of the game were #10 Mackenzie Hooson for the Broncos and #9 Nya Gach for the Lions.

Both teams look forward to playing each other tomorrow night in Olds.
