Amazing Final Win of the Semester for the Ambrose Lions

Calgary, AB- The Ambrose Lions hosted the Olds College Broncos this Friday evening for the final games of the semester. Coming off of a big 3-0 win the night before, the Ambrose lions were hungry to cap off their semester, with another big win. All sets were fairly close, however the Lions cam on top.

Both teams had plenty of energy and were diving for balls left and right, which lead to a very scrappy game with many digs awarded. Great games were had on the Olds College side with both #13 Tabitha Martin and  #12 Tabitha Martin, each with 6 kills. #6 Madeline Williscroft   had another impressive evening of kills with 11, followed by #2 Taylor Hart and #3 Bethany Johnson, each with 5 kills. The players of the game were awarded to #4 Francesca Sandini from the Broncos with 6 digs and #14 McKenna Harkness with 3 impressive blocks. 

Both teams look forward to their next games in the new year.
