Lions Secure Victory over the Vikings

The Lions, hosting the Vikings, managed to secure a decisive victory with a clean sweep, winning 3-0. The set scores reflected the Lions' dominance on the court, finishing at 25-17, 25-18, and 25-20.

The Lions came out strong in the opening set, displaying a well-coordinated offense and a solid defense that put the Vikings on the defensive early on. The Lions took control and secured the first set with a comfortable score of 25-17.

The Vikings fought hard to bounce back in the second set, but the Lions continued to keep the lead.  Despite the Vikings' efforts, the Lions maintained their lead and claimed the second set with a score of 25-18.

The third set started off with the vikings leading the lions, but the lions came back and took the third set and securing the victory, 25-20. Nikita Marchenkov finished the game with 15 kills which lead the lions the their victory. both Issac Karstad and Noah Verhoef were not far behind with 9 kills each. Matthew Clements had stellar defence with 6 digs. The Vikings had a great team game and Devone Nazarchuk finished the game with 11 kills.

The lions hit the road next weekend and take on Keyano and Lakeland.
