January 23, 2024 - ACAC ATHLETE OF THE WEEK -Ty Schenk 

Ty Schenk delivered an incredible performance in a 1-1 split over the weekend, leading the Lions with 33 points in back-to-back games. His stellar play was instrumental in securing a big win on Saturday against the highly competitive Olds Broncos.

Throughout the weekend, Ty accumulated an impressive stat line of 66 points, 13 rebounds, and 2 assists. On Friday, he was an offensive menace with 33 points, six rebounds, and two assists, shooting at an impressive 54% from the field and leading the team in a close game against Olds.

The following Saturday, Ty replicated his outstanding performance, scoring another 33 points and contributing seven rebounds, leading the Lions to victory. He shot an impressive 70% from the field on Saturday.

Ty's exceptional performances on both evenings earned him the Player of the Game award for the Lions.
