• Neil is going into his 11^th year coaching at Ambrose University, Boys the whole time, girls 3^rd year
• Coach of the year 2 times for ACAL in 2014 and 2015
• Coach of the year 2 times for ACAC 2018 and 2019
• Alberta basketball head coach, won gold in 2019 western canada summer games, bronze at U15 boys national championships in 2022
• Founder of Hoopstrength Basketball Academy from 2015-2020
• Coached club basketball with CBA (Calgary Basketball Association), NSD (National Sports Development), and Calgary Selects
• Teacher at Master's Academy and College from 2007-2015
• BEd from UofA, Master's Certificate in Leadership from Royal Roads University
